SLEEPGAUGE.COM RENTAL POLICY

SLEEPGAUGE.COM Rental Policy allows our customers to rent a Sleep Gauge device (or more) for the period of 15 days (including transit).
The device is due back to our office on or before the 15th day starting from the after the day of rent payment (including transit time).

After you’ve completed the purchase of a rental Sleep Gauge device through SLEEPGAUGE.COM (subject to applicable shipping costs as defined in our Shipping Policy), we will send your sanitized Sleep Gauge. From the date that you is placed, we allow for a TOTAL of 15 days (including transit time to reach our office) for one rental period.

If the rented Sleep Gauge device is not returned within the period of 15 days, a $25 a day late fee will be applied, if the device is lost, stolen or damaged beyond repair the renter is responsible for the cost of the device. If the rented Sleep Gauge device found to be damaged, the repair is determined by the manufacturer. The cost for replacement will be the responsibility of the renter. If the rented Sleep Gauge device can be repaired, the renter will be responsible for the repair cost which is determined by the manufacturer. Any rented Sleep Gauge device that is stolen, lost, or not returned will be the responsibility of the renter. The cost of the Sleep Gauge device will be determined by the manufacturer as well.
