1. How long does it take for the package to reach my home?

From the time of purchase, it usually takes up to 3-4 business days to arrive.

2. How is my sleep quality gauged?

A package is sent that measures various sleep parameters. The collected data, along with the information you’ve provided on your sleep questionnaire are calculated by a licensed sleep professional. A detailed report is compiled and sent to you containing helpful recommendations and tips on improving your sleep quality.

3. Can I change my choices on my questionnaire?

Yes, prior to mailing back the kit. You will have an opportunity to update your responses.

4. What precautions should I take before I use the kit?

The kit should not be around water when in use. Also, do not drink any caffeinated drinks such as coffee and soda.

5. How much is the return shipping on the kit?

Return shipping is included with your purchase. Just follow the provided steps.

6. Am I able to retake the test?

Yes. You can retake the test at any time by clicking on the “GET STARTED” button and paying the retake fee of $89.00.

7. What if I want to test my whole family?

Many of our clients do this. You can purchase the “Family Kit” and test your whole family.

8. Can I postpone my kit from arriving?

What’s great about the Sleep Gauge is that it can be done at any time.
You can have the kit mailed and scheduled to the time you will be opening the kit. This is a kit that is tailored to you.
